I first found California Baby in 2004. Our daughter, Isabella, was suffering from skin sensitivities and I could see that her bath soaps were making them worse. After studying the ingredients of many bath products, I was impressed with the natural purity and simplicity of California Baby and thought it was worth a try. The improvement was immediate and we stopped using prescription steroid creams almost entirely.

Unfortunately, California Baby disappeared from the Canadian market shortly after finding it. Ordering from the States was frustrating; the duty and shipping were expensive but we couldn’t find anything as good as California Baby. When Joey and Nick (our twins) came along, and their skin was worse then Isabella’s, we realized there was a need for California Baby in Canada.

My husband is a pharmacist. He was frustrated that he couldn’t recommend California Baby to his customers who were suffering the way our children had. We decided to try importing it ourselves. The response was tremendous. Even we were shocked at how well and easily California Baby was selling.
